Welcome to the homepage of the working group on 'Historical Sociology
and International Relations', funded by the British International
Studies Association (BISA). We were set up in 2004 with the aim of
extending thinking about historical sociology within the international
relations community.
What we do:
run workshops and seminars;
sponsor meetings at relevant conferences, including
BISA and ISA;
serve as a focal point for researchers working in the
field, providing information about funding opportunities, relevant
conferences, publications and the like.
